Q: What's one of the key pieces of information you would like people to take away from your session?
Inch: Program integrity audits and investigations are about finding the truth, not finding fraud. The purpose is to ensure payment accuracy to protect the Medicare Trust Fund. Understanding program integrity allows providers to strengthen revenue integrity.

Inch: I am looking forward to expanding my awareness of the revenue cycle challenges and solutions through the expertise and knowledge of speakers and attendees.
Q: What's a great piece of advice you like to give people about your session topic?
Inch: While CMS has a specific program integrity contractor, the work of ensuring program integrity belongs to everyone. Developing an understanding of program integrity contributes to the creation of strong compliance and internal auditing programs, allowing the provider community to assist in ensuring the accuracy of claims submission and reimbursement.
