The 2026 Revenue Integrity Symposium (RIS), to be held September 24-25 in Savannah, Georgia, is designed to help you keep Integrity in Motion, with sessions that focus on analyzing the latest payer regulations and their operational impact, navigating change, and empowering yourself to take action in the midst of uncertainty.

The conference begins on Thursday, September 24 with registration and breakfast in the exhibit hall, followed by opening remarks from NAHRI leadership and an energizing keynote session from former biochemist to six-time American Ninja Warrior Angela Gargano that will help attendees embrace change, keep moving through uncertainty, and create a plan to take action. Following the keynote, attendees will be able to explore sessions on interdepartmental collaboration and AI, reducing charge lag, navigating payer audits, managing work queues, solving the root cause of denials, and much more!

Day two will kick off with a general session presented by Kimberly Hoy, JD, CPC, senior regulatory specialist at HCPro, and Amy Inch, CPC, CPMA, Medicare regulatory specialist at HCPro, where they’ll dive into the details of CMS’ 2027 proposed and final rules for hospital inpatient and outpatient and physician fee schedule billing and reimbursement. After the general session, attendees will be able to pick from sessions covering HIPAA requirements for the chargemaster, charge reconciliation, improving appeal processes, revenue integrity KPIs, NCCI edits, navigating Medicare guidance and regulations, using risk adjustment reviews to improve documentation, and more.
