In memoriam: NAHRI remembers founding Board Member Debbie Mackaman

NAHRI takes a pause as we remember the life and legacy of Debbie Mackaman, RHIA, CPCO, CCDS, one of our founding NAHRI Board Members, who passed on December 2.

Debbie devoted many years of her professional career to us, where she delighted members and was an invaluable colleague. Her knowledge of the industry was rivaled by few, and she had a passion for learning and educating.

Debbie helped shape NAHRI in her role as a founding Board Member, bringing an enthusiasm for learning and networking to the association from 2016 through 2019. Over the years, Debbie worked for St. Patrick Hospital, Partners in Home Care, Marcus Daly Memorial Hospital, and HCPro. In addition to the passion she had for the industry, Debbie enjoyed her dogs, horses, adventure, camping, time on the river, and any time with family.

Please take a moment to remember Debbie, think of her family and loved ones, and be grateful for all that she shared with us.
