The novel coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic has affected every aspect of our lives. As organizations tighten their belts due to the financial impact of the COVID-19 public health emergency, some revenue integrity professionals have seen staff and salary reductions. Staff that worked onsite were quickly transitioned to working from home. No one can predict what the next several months will look like. As many hospitals and clinics gradually begin to reschedule delayed services and regulatory agencies plan audits of COVID-19 claims and funding, one thing is certain: Revenue integrity professionals will have their work cut out for them.

Understanding how COVID-19 has affected staffing and salaries across the nation will be critical for revenue integrity departments and staff to plan their next steps. Our Revenue Integrity Salary Survey report will give you the perspective and data you’ll need to advocate for yourself and your team, determine how best to use your team’s resources, and identify national trends.

You can look through the 2018 and 2019 reports to learn about revenue integrity salaries and staffing in previous years. Although 2020 may look different, NAHRI will help you make sense of the changes and equip you with critical insight and information.
