The American Medical Association (AMA) recently announced a handful of new CPT® codes for reporting COVID-19 vaccine products and immunization administration. The code release includes two vaccine product codes and four vaccine administration codes.

A federal judge dismissed the American Hospital Association’s challenge to CMS' Hospital Price Transparency Requirements final rule. The final rule, effective January 1, 2021, will require hospitals to disclose charges they privately negotiate with commercial payers, among other requirements.
