It’s a new year and NAHRI is meeting it head on with resolutions to help you reach your professional goals. Starting January 9, Revenue Integrity Insider will be published on a weekly basis to help you keep up with the latest revenue integrity and NAHRI news. Look for us in your inbox every Wednesday and be sure to add nahri-update@e.news.hcpro.com to your safe sender list.

In the January 2019 issue of the NAHRI Journal, Director Jaclyn Fitzgerald offered NAHRI members a New Year’s challenge tailored for revenue integrity professionals: Elevate your career by earning the Certification in Healthcare Revenue Integrity (CHRI) credential. The CHRI credential provides a baseline of competency for healthcare revenue integrity professionals. Earning the credential will demonstrate that you have the skills and knowledge to stand out in the rapidly growing revenue integrity field. For more information on the CHRI credential including an exam outline, prerequisites, application information and fees click here. Individuals who hold the CHRI credential can earn Continuing Education Units in a number of ways such as reading and contributing articles to the quarterly NAHRI Journal, attending and presenting on NAHRI’s quarterly networking calls, and more. For detailed information on how you can earn CHRI CEUs once you have the credential, click here. Have questions about the credential? Contact Director Jaclyn Fitzgerald at jfitzgerald@hcpro.com.
