2025 ACDIS/NAHRI Denials Management Mastermind Recap
In a joint effort between ACDIS and NAHRI, the Denials Management Mastermind group exists to connect leaders in both the revenue integrity and CDI spaces so that they can problem-solve, network, and discuss topics relevant to their shared goals. During the 2025 term, the group met several times to discuss queries and their relation to denials management, key performance indicators and technology use, rounding models, appeals processes and technology, denial prevention, contract negotiations, and overturn rates.
