Preliminary survey results reveal revenue integrity salary and staffing trends

The survey is still open and the full results will be published in an upcoming issue of the NAHRI Journal, but the preliminary results provide a glimpse of what you can expect. According to preliminary survey results, 28% of respondents earn between $80,000–$99,999 annually. Most (78%) received a raise within the last year and, of that group, 30% received a 3% raise.
The preliminary results also offer insights on staffing trends. Twenty-four percent report that more than 20 full-time employees support their revenue integrity department/program, and 47% say that their organization plans to hire additional revenue integrity staff in the next 12 months.
