How to get the most out of your 2024 RIS experience
The 2024 Revenue Integrity Symposium (RIS) is coming up fast—the event will be held September 12-13 in Oak Brook, Illinois. Make sure that you’re getting the most out of the experience by following these tips.
Plan your agenda. Check the agenda for both days and create a personalized agenda for yourself based on what sessions you’d like to attend. Plan to get up early to grab breakfast (breakfast, lunch, and refreshments on both days are included in your registration fee) and chat with your fellow attendees before heading to our day one keynote at 8 a.m. on day one. We’ll close the day out with a Q&A on the Certification in Healthcare Revenue Integrity (CHRI) credential and how you can use it to elevate your career. Then, you’ll want to head to the exhibit hall for our reception at 5:15 p.m.; you’ll have a chance to unwind and connect with your peers while enjoying complimentary refreshments and appetizers. On day two, you’ll want to head down a bit earlier to catch a deep dive into revenue integrity trends and evolution with members of the NAHRI Advisory Board.
Pack smart. Having trouble figuring out what to pack? Pack comfortable but professional clothing—and plan to wear layers. Temperatures in the session rooms, exhibit hall, and other spaces may vary quite a bit, so be prepared with a jacket or cardigan that you can put on or take off as needed.
